Warithudeen Mohammed II is the eldest son of Imam W. Deen Mohammed. he is President of The Mosque Cares (Ministry of Imam W. Deen Mohammed), an International Charitable Organization (501c3) established by Imam W. Deen Mohammed; founder of the Your Products business initiative; Launched Graceline magazine in 2012 and owner of WDM Publications LLC, producer and distributor of lectures by Imam W. Deen Mohammed via book, audio and video.
He is a graduate of Sister Clara Muhammad schools (both elementary and secondary) and a dedicated Student of Imam W. Deen Mohammed. He assisted Imam Mohammed, in various capacities for 20+ years. He is committed to maintaining and promoting Imam Mohammed's leadership and vision for a better and more prosperous human life.
Under W. Deen Mohammed II's leadership the Ministry of Imam W. Deen Mohammed, has successfully continued monthly and annual programs established by Imam Mohammed including the monthly First Sunday Address; Annual Saviors Day, Muslim Convention, Ramadan Session, Patriotism Day Celebration, etc. The organization sponsors Qur’anic Arabic class, financial literacy education, health & nutrition information sessions and business/entrepreneur initiatives. He is also an advocate for "quick thinking, fast moving, right down to the modern times" by maintaining an interactive internet presence using all forms of social media.
W. Deen Mohammed II, is currently working on various initiatives and is committed to maintaining relationships with all of our Muslim Brothers and Sisters as well as members of other faiths. He is a member of Religions for Peace, and partners with several organizations to promote dialogue among people of different backgrounds including relationships with: The Turkish American Society; Muslim American Society; Islamic Circle of North America; One Chicago, One Nation; Catholic Archdiocese of Chicago; The Paul Simon Public Policy Institute; and Focolare Movement to name a few.
Recently W. Deen Mohammed II received warm greetings and encouragement from President Barack Obama for his work done on behalf of the Ministry of Imam W. Deen Mohammed.
